Head of PropertyMatch Desk
Michael has worked at CBRE since 2005 as part of the GFI Joint venture both in respect of Property Derivatives and PropertyMatch.
Michael has over 25 years in managing and developing illiquid assets and has previously been
involved in trading commodities, where he set up the commodities division at GFI working specifically as Head of Energy as well as Coal and Shipping.
Executive DirectorPaul has been at CBRE for 31 years and has traded real estate secondaries since the late 1990’s. Paul has previously been involved in Property Derivatives, Equity Placement and investment property sale and acquisitions.
Ben is a senior broker with over 20 years’ experience trading and broking various commodities including Electricity, Fixed Income, Equities and Oil. He was also responsible for setting up and running the Electricity trading desk at GFI.
For 10 years Ben has been instrumental in developing the secondary market for indirect property Funds at CBRE.
Sam is a broker on the PropertyMatch team, arranging secondary market deals in unlisted funds in the UK & Europe.
Sam joined the team in 2010 and has been influential in the development of the PropertyMatch platform, helping to establish standard trading procedures and the structuring of deals.
Zehra worked at GFI for more than a year on the power desk as broker support before moving to PropertyMatch in September 2015.
Now at PropertyMatch, Zehra works closely with counterparties and shadows the settlement process from start to finish.
Kathie has worked at CBRE for over ten years. As the PA for the Propertymatch desk Kathie is responsible for the brokerage invoicing.
